We’ll create a complete backup of your Virtual Private Server every week, so you never need to be scared of losing valuable info. Plus, we can always recover a backup really quickly. All the backups are held on a special server with a RAID array of hard drives, so if anything goes wrong with any part of your stored content, we’ve got you covered.

Installation & Troubleshooting

When using a Linux VPS Package, you have total freedom to run any kind of script or service on your it. Still, certain scripts are harder to run and may require some extra setup from you. This is where our Administration Services solution can help you out. It features 30 min of installation & problem–solving duties – in other words you will be able to literally hire one of our trained server admins for 30 minutes and have him help you with the installation of any application that you desire. And/or have him take care of a problem that you are having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Administration Services solution comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ Linux VPS Packages and is an optional feature with our KVM Linux VPS Packages.
